inda pica patha, i am reminded of mylapore south mada street, annal the thing about siplicity went rite over my head, but his kinda store is possible only in india.

Nice colorful picture !!! Quite a sight in lotsa tourist spots right ? I have seen this mostly in Mahabalipuram !!!
Thx for all ur comments...glad to see my views r shared. What is there not to understand about the simplicity of the people? I meant it in a way where the people seem content with everything and they appear to have the satisfaction of owning a huge diamond store, whilst owning just a road side shop.

i disagree everytime i walk round south\north mada street in mylapore, i c faces which have been scarred by life, faces which have the weariness of life, sometimes these faces show no optimism. some of these faces belong to the shop owners u mention. indians in a way seem to accept fate or anygiven sitation, go on with their ives, rather than bitching bout the situation they r in. aftr all india is the nation where 2 brothers fought over 100000 crore!!
